Message from our Global CEO, Gilberto Tomazoni

JBS, Pilgrim’s, and our affiliated companies are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity in all that we do.  We want and expect all team members to raise concerns in good faith and report any conduct to us that could be a violation of our Company Policies or of the law. Reporting your concerns to the Ethics and Compliance team will ensure that the concern is properly investigated and remedied, if warranted.

Global Non-Retaliation Policy

Retaliation against any individual who reports a possible breach of conduct sincerely and in good faith, or who participates in an investigation, is strictly prohibited. All personnel, regardless of their position, should feel confident in reporting truthful concerns regarding a potential violation of law or Company Policies.

What Happens After I Make a Report

Every reported concern is investigated. The Ethics & Compliance Department manages the Ethics Line, and ensures that all reports are fully investigated and resolved. All reported concerns are reviewed by an Ethics & Compliance team member and assigned to the appropriate department for investigation, depending on the nature of the report.

Once the investigation is complete, it is subject to a second level of review to ensure that the investigation was thorough, properly documented, closed out, and, if warranted, that remediation was implemented.
